In an exciting development to end the year, The Citation Group can announce the acquisition of fast-growing elearning provider, iHASCO, who will become part of the Group’s Quality division.
iHASCO was founded in 2007 by David Goddard and Bradley Worsfold and initially focused on developing video content for the Education sector, before moving to an online offering aimed at the wider SME market. Based in Bracknell, iHASCO has grown consistently over the past decade and now provides content to 7,500 SMEs.
The Citation Group will work with a management team led by Nathan Pitman and Alex Morris – along with the rest of the iHASCO team, to build the business into the Group’s Quality Division, which already comprises ISO consultancy and quality management specialists QMS and Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) experts SMAS.
iHASCO have seen significant growth in their high-quality, online learning resources. The Group intends to support this upward trajectory and help the team further develop and roll out their online compliance training to SMEs across the country.
Commenting on the acquisition, The Citation Group CEO, Chris Morris said:
“Having tracked iHASCO for a number of years, we’re delighted to welcome their team to The Citation Group. It’s exciting to add a business of their quality and calibre to our portfolio, especially one that has posted such outstanding growth in times of great uncertainty.
We’re always eager to work with businesses that share the Group’s strong values and growth ambition, and iHASCO is no exception. We’re looking forward to spending the following months and years working with the team on further strengthening their position as a go-to training provider for SMEs across the UK.”
