The Citation Group has appointed Alex Lazare to the newly created position of Transformation Director to support its ambitious growth plans.
Working closely with the Group’s senior leadership team, Alex will be leading several large-scale initiatives across the Group’s international operations. He will head up projects that will open new channels and products, while implementing operational excellence across the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
Alex joined The Citation Group in June from award-winning private equity firm Montagu. He brings a wealth of experience in strategy, transformation and value creation, having worked for prestigious brands, such as Selfridges and Facebook, as a Strategy Consultant.
