The Citation Group, a global compliance specialist, has strengthened its ongoing commitment to Health & Care clients with the acquisition of Careskills Academy, a specialist e-learning provider, marking a significant step in its ongoing commitment to this vital industry in the UK.
This is The Citation Group’s second major acquisition in the healthcare industry in the last six months, having completed the acquisition of Quiqsolutions in 2023.
Careksills Academy, established in 2014, has rapidly become a leading provider of online learning within the Health and Care sector, with a portfolio of 95 CPD-accredited and mandatory courses tailored to specialist care. With a thriving client base of over 3,000 and the distinction of being among the first UK e-learning providers endorsed by Skills for Care, Careskills Academy operates with excellence at its core.
As a market-leading compliance provider, The Citation Group continues to recognise the unique challenges the Health and Care sector faces – and this new acquisition complements the existing products and services they already offer including Care Pro, ISO certification, and enhanced DBS checks.
