The Citation Group is pleased to announce their latest acquisition of Southalls, a Health & Safety consultancy focussing on servicing larger, multi-site operations in several attractive industries including builders’ merchants, garden centres, schools and restaurants.
Southalls was formed in 2006 by John and Angela Southall. The business has seen consistent growth in that time, now boasting a client list of over 450 companies and a 30-strong staff of expert consultants working from their headquarters in Solihull, West Midlands.
Southalls has a strong reputation in the market, winning a number of awards, including being Highly Commended for a BSiF Safety Solution Award at The Safety Health Excellence Awards 2018 and being chosen as a finalist in the BSiF Service Category at The Safety & Health Excellent Awards 2019.
The team has built a fast-growing and highly profitable business. This was of particular interest to The Citation Group as they address a highly compatible section of the market, complementing The Citation Group’s strategy to expand their offering to support clients across larger, multi-site operations.
