The Citation Group, leading global compliance specialist, has successfully completed the acquisition of Citation Standards Pty Ltd (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers Compliance Services Pty Ltd), a standards and certification business unit of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Australia.
The acquisition further expands The Citation Group’s certification division in Australia, having successfully acquired and integrated QMS Certification Services and Best Practice Certification over the last two years.
This acquisition solidifies the Group’s position as the second largest provider of ISO and NDIS certification services in Australia.
