In its first transaction of the new year, The Citation Group is delighted to announce the acquisition of compliance consultancy group ELAS, which will join the Group’s compliance division.
Founded in 1995 by Gary Hewitt and Ian Martin, ELAS has since grown its client base to 15,000 UK SMEs. Specialising in Health & Safety, HR and Food Safety, ELAS brings with it a complementary suite of services to other businesses in the Group’s compliance division.
In addition to this, ELAS bring an established Occupational Health service to the Group, which provides a highly sought-after new product for Citation’s existing client base.
