The Citation Group acquires Common Sense Compliance Ltd

The Citation Group, a leading international provider of compliance and quality solutions, is today announcing it has acquired Common Sense Compliance, a trusted provider of food hygiene and health & safety services.

The acquisition is a further strategic step in the Group’s mission to simplify compliance and build better businesses, bringing together smart technology, deep sector knowledge and expertise to help the food industry address the challenge staying ahead of ever-changing and complex compliance regulations.

The introduction of the Common Sense Compliance team into Food Alert will further reinforce the Group’s ability to provide responsive food hygiene and health and safety services for its growing client base in the UK, which includes new clients De Vere, Bespoke Hotels, Coast & Country Hotels and Compass Group.

Having successfully integrated SureFoot Solutions, NT Assure and STS this is the fourth key acquisition by Food Alert in the last 18 months as it looks to grow and improve its offering to the food sector.
